Gather the names of family and friends that (ALL) want to participate in a new way to celebrate your special day, and theirs!
Enter all the required information on the request form- Name, Special Date, Phone Number, and Email.
2 weeks prior to your special day, all participants will receive a courtesy text or email reminding them that it’s time to make their donation on behalf of you and your special day.
Click on the link contained in your message and make your donation. (Donation link connected directly to UMH charity.)
After your donation is made, save the auto-generated email as a receipt for tax purposes.
Your donation represents a new way to give breaking traditional routine practices.
